Delivery time

The delivery time is usually 6–10 working days from receipt of order.

Since our products are carefully packaged and prepared specifically for you, slight variations may occur in individual cases. We will, of course, keep you informed about the status of your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is only available within Germany .
We currently offer free shipping .

There are no additional shipping costs for you.

Shipping processing & shipment tracking

Once your order is received, it will be processed immediately. You will receive a shipping/tracking number directly after placing your order , which you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Once your package has been shipped, we will also inform you by email.

Please note:

  • Delivery will be handled by one of our shipping partners.

  • Deliveries are made exclusively to the specified delivery address within Germany.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods .

Should you be dissatisfied with your product or change your mind, you can return the goods to us within this period. The condition is that the item is unused and in perfect condition .

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method .
Refunds are usually processed within a few working days after successful verification.

Important instructions

  • The delivery time begins from the moment payment is received.

  • There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

  • Occasionally, delays may occur due to high order volume or external factors (e.g., holidays).

  • Returns must be announced to our customer service department in advance.
